I am an acupuncturist, body worker, herbalist, functional medicine practitioner, clinical aesthetician, dancer, martial artist, ritual performance artist, reverend, and priestess.

But really, I am a seer, dreamer, destiny fulfilling champion, bridge builder, walker of worlds, intuitive, qi mover and builder, swordswoman, destroyer of illusions, truth evangelist, the spirited energy here to inspire you.

I live by the tenet that I can only know another as well as I know myself.

I’ve devoted most of my life to cultivation and liberation practices: learning music, dance, medicine, Chinese medicine, movement and martial arts, eastern philosophies, mystical arts, yoga, pilates, meditation, shadow work, introspection, psychology, challenging dominant narratives, attending to matters of justice, traveling to understand other cultures and embrace differences, learning to find peace within. I have chosen a path in life that feels like one continuous initiation, and thus continuous expansion.

It is through the lens of ancient indigenous cultures and practices that I have found truth, beauty, and meaning. From studying the matriarchal shamanic roots of Chinese medicine—and spending weeks camping and practicing Daoist kung fu, qigong, and meditation—to dancing with the Quimera priestesses of Isis, I have discovered a way forward that feels fulfilling in a way that modern culture does not always provide.

I have the gift of seeing what others do not. I can quickly assess the precise changes a person needs to make – whether it’s at the level of mind, body, spirit, or soul in order to heal or evolve. I maintain a truly holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment that includes inspiring my patients to refresh their perspective and make positive shifts.

When you work with me you can expect a grounded, supportive space that offers the comfort to be yourself and to work from a place of safety and vulnerability. My approach integrates therapeutic touch as a calming and regulated experience, and I offer gentle challenges for change in inspiring ways. You leave my sessions more relaxed, peaceful, calm, and able to approach life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.

The process can be surprisingly enjoyable, with moments of lightness and even fun along the way! Expect to learn something new in almost every session, to feel seen and held in your deepest pain and also to find humor and levity – sometimes laughing and crying in the same session. While some folks may just want to work with physical pain or injury, there is a depth to my work for those on the path to wholeness.

I feel IGNITED when my patients start feeling better. One small change can be the spark to stay open and curious, to keep going. It’s my firm belief that when we commit to ourselves and deeply heal, we inspire others to do so as well. And this is the kind of activism that can heal the world.

Isis, the goddess of 10,000 faces, is an ancient Egyptian deity and representation of the feminine divine in all of her many forms. It is through celebration and grief that we gather as priestesses in life and in ceremony to support each other in shadow work and becoming the best versions of ourselves in the world.
